DAY 01: Arrival in Marrakech

A stone's throw from the iconic Jamaa El Fna Square, immerse yourself in the vibrant evening atmosphere. Enjoy your first night in the cultural epicenter of Morocco.
DAY 02: Marrakech to Ouarzazate via Ait Ben Haddou
Journey Through the High Atlas
Post-breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Ouarzazate, traversing the dramatic High Atlas Mountains. Capture the essence of Berber village life and the stunning landscapes. Lunch at the historic Telouat Kasbah sets the stage for an afternoon arrival at Ait Ben Haddou, a cinematic UNESCO World Heritage site. Conclude your day at Ouarzazate, the gateway to the Sahara, where dinner and a restful night await.
DAY 03: Ouarzazate to Merzouga Desert Adventure
Draa Valley and Camel Trek
After breakfast, the Draa Valley beckons, revealing Morocco's longest river and a tapestry of kasbahs and palm groves. Post-lunch in the quaint towns of Nkob or Alnif, the Merzouga Dunes invite you for an unforgettable camel trek. Dine and sleep under the stars at a luxury desert camp.
DAY 04: Discovering the Merzouga Desert

DAY 05: Merzouga to Dadès Valley via Todra Gorges

Departing Merzouga, experience the Rissani Market and the fossil wonders of Erfoud. The journey continues through palm groves to the majestic Todra Gorges. After lunch, the drive to Dadès Valley offers views of unique geological formations like the "Monkey Legs" in Boumalne Dadés. Enjoy dinner and overnight in the valley.
DAY 06: Dadès Valley to Marrakech
Kasbahs and Mountain Passes
Marvel at the Dadès Valley from above, then explore the Skoura Palm Groves and the Roses Valley. In Ouarzazate, visit the Taourirt Kasbah and, if interested, the cinema studios. Lunch in town precedes the journey over the Tizi Ntichka pass, with photo stops en route to Marrakech for the night.
DAY 07: Marrakech's Historical Heart
Medina and Monuments

Accommodation
Hotels and riads: comfortable, hand-picked hotels, kasbahs and riads along the route, all with private bathrooms. Breakfast and dinner are included.
Desert camp, Merzouga: a camp among the dunes, reached by camel. Standard tents or luxury tents with a private bathroom are available. Dinner is served in camp, followed by Berber music around the fire.

Most days include 3 to 6 hours of driving with plenty of stops for photos, lunch and visits. The days to and from the desert are the longest.
Bring comfortable shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat or scarf and a light jacket. For the desert night, bring warm layers, especially from October to March.
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are the most pleasant. Summer is very hot in the desert, and winter nights can be cold.
Yes. Children love the camel ride and the camp. Tell us their ages and we will plan rest stops and family rooms.
